Common side effects may include dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, and drowsiness. These side effects are typically mild but consult your doctor if they persist or worsen. Severe side effects may include confusion, hallucinations, or difficulty urinating, which require immediate medical attention.

Before taking Trihexyphenidyl, inform your doctor if you have glaucoma, kidney or liver problems, high blood pressure, or a history of drug allergies. Use caution while driving or operating machinery as it may cause drowsiness or blurred vision. Avoid alcohol consumption while on this medication.

Not recommended for individuals with narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, or severe liver or kidney issues. Avoid use in patients with known hypersensitivity to anticholinergic drugs.

Take as directed by the physician, usually starting with a low dose and gradually increasing as tolerated.
