Indications
Treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma and soft tissue sarcoma
Side effects
Hypertension, diarrhea, and liver toxicity.
Precautions
Monitor blood pressure regularly. Perform liver function tests periodically
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Pazopanib or any component, severe hepatic impairment
