Mirabegron
Composition
Contains Mirabegron, typically 25 mg or 50 mg per extended-release tablet.
Indications
Used to treat overactive bladder symptoms such as urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence.
Side effects
Increased blood pressure, headache, dry mouth, constipation, dizziness.
Precautions
Use cautiously in patients with hypertension, kidney or liver impairment, and those at risk of urinary retention.
Contraindications
Severe uncontrolled hypertension and hypersensitivity to Mirabegron.
Dosage and administration
Start with 25 mg once daily; may increase to 50 mg based on response and tolerability.
