Indications

Precautions
used cautiously in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, bowel obstructions, or renal impairment
Contraindications
Contraindications include hypersensitivity to methylnaltrexone or any component of the Formulation, as well as known or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction.
