Darifenacin

Used to treat overactive bladder symptoms such as urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence.

Dry mouth, constipation, headache, dizziness, blurred vision.

Use cautiously in patients with liver impairment, constipation, or those taking CYP3A4 inhibitors.

Urinary retention, gastric retention, uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma, hypersensitivity to Darifenacin.

Start with 7.5 mg once daily; may increase to 15 mg if tolerated.

Extended-release tablets.
