Indications
It is indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), including clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease.

Precautions
Monitor liver function tests before initiating treatment and during therapy.
Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, stroke.
