Composition
The formulation contains moxifloxacin and ketorolac tromethamine as the active ingredient.
Indications
Treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis and ocular inflammation.
Side effects
Eye irritation, burning, stinging, blurred vision, dry eyes.
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes, discontinue use if allergic reaction occurs.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to moxifloxacin, ketorolac, or related compounds.
Dosage and administration
Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) every 6 to 8 hours for up to 7 days.
